The Office of Human Resources administers employee compensation and benefits, and facilitates staff and supervisor training and development. OHR also oversees employment processes and programs relating to work-life and wellness, and plays an active role in University-wide strategic planning efforts as they pertain to University employees, employment policies, and employment benefits programs.
