The Office for Conflict Resolution administers the University Board of Regents Conflict Resolution Policy for the University system and serves as a resource for resolving workplace disputes. Their purpose is to provide a coordinated network of options for managing workplace conflicts. The office's goals are to encourage dialogue, identify interests, generate options, build accords, and conduct fair hearings.
