Curriculum Plan
Proposals for new programs, changes to existing programs, adding a new site or new minor, and other curricular changes must be accompanied by a complete curriculum plan.
Program Budget
Prepare a budget for the program in full operation, showing anticipated revenues and expenses as well as space requirements. For international degree programs, other costs include document arrangements for travel insurance for faculty, staff, and students involved.
Evidence of Consultations
Provide copies of evidence of consultations on program interrelatedness and resource needs.
