Director of Student Support Initiatives As Director of Student Support Initiatives, Andy Howe works with colleges and units to help enhance student services for undergraduate students. Andy has 18 years of professional experience working in advisor, administrator, and instructor roles in both private and public universities, and community colleges. His professional interests in higher education include multiculturalism / diversity, institutional change, leadership development, and student retention theory and practice. Andy holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education from the University of Minnesota. He received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University-Bloomington and master's degree from Clemson University. |
