Capital Planning
Capital planning at the University of Minnesota is a system-wide effort that is coordinated through the Office of Planning & Analysis in cooperation with several other units.
Capital Oversight Group
The Capital Oversight Group (COG) is a cross-functional team that manages staff activities for the University's capital planning, financing, communications, and construction activities. Additionally, the COG is responsible for the systematic internal review of major University projects as well as external projects with impact on the University.
